Our main equipment includes more than 30 machining centers, over 60 turning milling composite machine and CNC lathes. With total more than 120 equipment, JIMAI greatly improve the overall performance of actuators. Meanwhile, our factory is equipped with advanced testing equipment, for example torque and speed test machine, high and low temperature test machine, salt spray test machine, life testing machine etc, so that our product can meet world quality standard. JIMAI quality control system and supervision system ensure a rigorous complete product through the whole process to meet "zero quality flaw", strictly in accordance with ATEX, CE, SIL,IP67, ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality control system.
