The opening or closing torque of the improved valve is 70% lower than that of the traditional valve. The performance of the valve has been greatly improved, successfully solving the problem that the traditional valve is very difficult to open and close under high pressure, reducing the labor force of the operator by 60% ~ 70%, and the sealing performance of the valve is more reliable and more sensitive. Among them, the forged valve is light in weight, easy to maintain, all valves are tightly sealed, high-pressure protection system, valve design is reasonable, action is rapid, ensures the safety of the main machine, all large-diameter high-pressure valves use impact handwheel, which improves sensitivity and reduces the labor intensity of the operator. All large-diameter high-pressure valves adopt pressure self-tight sealing structure, small in volume, easy to disassemble and assemble, safe and reliable. The application of new forging and forging valves has greatly improved the performance of valves, fundamentally eliminated accidents caused by quality problems of castings, and ensured the safe and reliable operation of power plants.
In order to adapt to the development of China's electric power industry and meet the needs of power plant boilers, we have developed a variety of 300Mw and 600Mw subcritical parameter auxiliary valves in recent years by combining the introduction of foreign advanced technology, and have reached the level of foreign similar products.
