Founded in March 2009, Shaanxi Jinhan Rare & Precious Metals Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Baoji Jinshan Titanium Industry. It is a professional manufacturer of special metal valves and integrated equipment, focusing on the R&D, production and customization of titanium, nickel, zirconium valves, pipeline fittings and non-standard chemical equipment. As the first enterprise in the titanium valve industry with full-process in-house production capacity, the company boasts a complete industrial chain from raw material smelting, forging and precision machining to finished products.
Equipped with titanium sponge smelting systems, 2500T quick-forging units, vacuum casting equipment and full-range testing facilities, Jinhan independently completes the processing of key valve components and customizes various non-standard equipment. The company owns complete NDT testing qualifications and professional testing equipment, ensuring full quality control throughout production.
With rich experience in extreme corrosion and high-temperature working conditions, our products are widely applied in acetic acid, PTA, chlor-alkali, hydrometallurgy, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. We also expand high-end business fields including new energy, offshore engineering, shipbuilding, military industry and nuclear power. Through university-enterprise cooperative R&D, we continuously optimize material properties and solve technical difficulties of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
