RAYS Beta & Gamma Production Facilities are located in Yunhe, Lishui, adjacent to the raw material forging plant. The RAYS Alpha Production Facility is located in the Oujiangkou Free Trade Zone, just a 15-minute drive from Wenzhou International Airport and 30 minutes from the train station. By mid-2024, the Alpha production base is expected to be put into production with a new look, larger production area, with a production area of over 70,000 square meters, and top-notch automatic production lines imported from Japan, providing more cutting-edge and reliable manufacturing support. RAYS operates strictly under the ISO quality management system and has an in-house CNAS-accredited lab and testing center (capable of conducting fire, high temperature, cryogenic, and high-pressure gas testing). Our diverse product lines cover standard valve categories and special valves like Cryogenic Valves, Rising Stem Ball Valves, Pigging Valves, PDS Ball Valves, C-type Ball Valves, and Metal-to-Metal High-Performance Butterfly Valves.
