Our production setup: 10 CNC spring coiling machines, 5 CNC torsion spring grinding machines, 5 CNC spring grinding machines, 4 automatic spring shot blasting machines, 2 well furnaces, 1 convoy furnace, 5 mesh back furnaces, automatic powder coating line, Dacromet surface treatment equipment.
Our testing equipment: spring tension and compression testing machine , hardness testing machine, fatigue testing machine , MT, 3D Scan, spectrometer, etc., and ISO9001-2015 Certification.
