Yangquan Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in 1924. In 1965, it was designated by the state as a designated manufacturer of low-pressure large-diameter valves. In 1994, it was restructured as a state-owned holding company. In 2020, we took over the technology, assets, and acid resistant pump subsidiary of Yangquan Water Pump Factory established in 1947, and resumed the production of "Yangquan" water pumps. Shanxi Yangquan Pump and Valve Group was established in September 2022.

The company has been awarded the titles of National Specialized and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise and "National High tech Enterprise"; Shanxi Province Model Collective, Advanced Grassroots Party Organization, and Demonstration Enterprise for Achievement Transformation; More than a hundred honorary titles, including the "Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Award" and the "Third Yangquan Quality Award" in Yangquan City.

The company researches, manufactures, and operates gate valves, butterfly valves, metallurgical valves, general pumps, mining pumps, special pumps, and other 20 categories, more than 300 series, and over 4000 specifications. The "Yang" valve and "Yangquan" water pump are both Shanxi Province * trademark and famous brand products. In 2022, we will invest 30 million yuan to purchase advanced CNC equipment, develop natural gas ball valves, lay out hydrogen energy valves, promote the transformation and upgrading of the pump and valve industry, build a provincial-level pump and valve professional town, and form a modern pump and valve industry base integrating research and development, production, sales, and service.
