The company currently has three domestically leading multi-directional forging hydraulic presses (the first in Zhejiang Province), four robot forging ball valve automatic lines, six single station hydraulic forging punches, four forging heating furnaces, three heat treatment furnaces, one six way reclaimer, and three metal sawing machines. The company has an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of die forgings, which can forge materials such as A105, LF2, 4130, 4140, F316, F304, F51, F53, F55, 17-4, 625, etc. The applicable weight range for single die forgings is 10 kilograms to 450 kilograms. The company's experimental equipment currently includes one Italian GNR spark direct reading spectrometer (desktop), one universal tensile testing machine, one automatic impact testing machine, one portable Brinell hardness tester, and one infrared thermometer.
