Zhejiang Zhongna Zhikong Valve Co., Ltd
The working principle of a pneumatic straight stroke actuator is to use the pressure of compressed air to push the piston to move, thereby generating linear thrust. The piston rod transfers the thrust of the piston to the load, thereby achieving the movement of the load. By controlling the pressure and flow rate of compressed air, the speed and stroke of the piston can be controlled. The core components of a pneumatic straight stroke actuator are the cylinder and piston. The cylinder forms the main body of the actuator, while the piston is the key to achieving linear motion. When compressed air is introduced into the cylinder, according to the Pascal principle, the pressure on the piston is evenly distributed, producing a force proportional to the pressure inside the cylinder and the piston area. This force drives the piston to move along the axis of the cylinder, thereby driving the push rod connected to it.
