BEIGAO Welded Ball Valve – Product Introduction
I. Product Overview
BEIGAO welded ball valves are manufactured by Beijing Beigao Valve Group Co., Ltd. These valves feature a full-welded body and are primarily made of carbon steel, cast steel, or forged steel. They are characterised by a compact structure, easy operation, and long service life. The company operates production bases (e.g., in Cangzhou, Hebei) capable of independently designing and manufacturing large-diameter valves.

III. Core Construction & Technical Features
Sealing system – Adopts a single‑piston sealing design, where each seat seals against upstream medium pressure. The seats feature a double‑seal structure, and the stem is designed with quadruple sealing to minimise external leakage to the utmost extent.
Safety design – The stem incorporates a blow‑out proof construction and a top‑entry arrangement, facilitating in‑line assembly and maintenance.
Torque‑resistant connection – The connection between the stem and the ball uses a flat‑square structure, which provides greater resistance to torsional stress for a given stem diameter.
Reinforced body – After welding the left and right end‑pieces, the valve body is strengthened with multiple ribbed plates, improving rigidity and resistance to axial deformation. A U‑shaped weld groove is employed to ensure full penetration while reducing welding stress.
Reduced operating torque – The lower stem is fitted with double bearings to effectively lower the operating torque.
High‑precision machining – Ball processing is monitored by computer‑aided inspection throughout, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth operation.
Zero‑leakage guarantee – The sealing rings are made of RPTFE (Reinforced PTFE) containing 25% carbon, ensuring absolutely leak‑tight performance.
Strict testing – Every valve undergoes hydrostatic testing (1.5 times the cold working pressure) and pneumatic seat leakage testing before dispatch.
