For welded pipes produced by the continuous forming process, there are 60 sets of production lines. Product specifications: outer diameter 6mm‑1016 mm, wall thickness 0.5mm‑16mm, single‑piece length 3000mm‑18000mm. The in‑house FFYDN1000/T16 production line is the world’s first automatic continuous‑forming welded pipe production unit.
For single‑piece forming welded pipes (JCO forming process), the company is equipped with 30 sets of production equipment. Product specifications: outer diameter 273mm‑3000mm, wall thickness 3mm‑60mm, single‑piece length 1500mm‑12000mm.
