Jacketed ball valve is a special ball valve with welded heating‑cooling jacket surrounding valve body. Heating medium such as steam, hot water or thermal oil circulates inside the jacket to keep process media at required temperature, preventing solidification, crystallization and viscosity increase. Full‑bore design provides low flow resistance. Available in manual, pneumatic and electric actuation. Materials include WCB, CF8, CF8M, duplex steel etc. Widely used for heavy oil, asphalt, resin, syrup and other high‑viscosity media in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
