This machine employs normal cutting technology, enabling multi-tool spherical machining on a single rotary table, capable of rough turning, finish turning, and ultra-finish turning. The roundness after machining is ≤0.005 mm, with surface finish Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, achieving mirror-like quality. It can also process aspherical and curved surfaces.

The spherical lathe is suitable for high-precision machining of spherical components, such as optical mirror molds, automotive ball joint rods, and ball valves.
