Exhibitor Information
Wenzhou Jinming Valve Co., Ltd
This is a pneumatic fluorine‑lined three‑way ball valve, generally model Q644F46 (L‑port) / Q645F46 (T‑port). The one in the picture is DN65 with flange connection. All flow passages of the valve body are lined with fluoroplastic for handling highly corrosive media.
Structure
Upper Part: Pneumatic Actuator
Aluminum alloy quarter‑turn pneumatic head, double‑acting (A/B port connections). Compressed air drives the internal rack‑and‑pinion mechanism for 90° rotation to shift the ball core. A manual override on top allows manual operation in case of air‑supply failure.
Lower Part: Fluorine‑lined Three‑way Ball Valve Body
Stainless‑steel valve body with flange connection. All wetted inner walls, flow passages and sealing surfaces are lined with white F46 (FEP) fluoroplastic for resistance to strong acids and alkalis.
Two flow‑path designs are available:
‑ L‑port: For 2‑way media switching, enabling connection between two selected ports.
‑ T‑port: For flow splitting and mixing; three‑way intercommunication or connection between any two ports.
DN65 flanged, bolt‑split construction for easy maintenance and internal‑part replacement.
Working Principle
Compressed air fed into actuator ports A/B rotates the output shaft by 90°, turning the perforated ball core to change flow paths and realize media diversion, splitting and mixing. It supports remote pneumatic control and can be fitted with solenoid valves and limit switches for automated signal feedback.
Key Features
‑ Superior corrosion resistance: F46 lining withstands hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and most aggressive chemical fluids.
‑ Unobstructed flow path: Full‑bore ball design delivers low flow resistance and anti‑clogging performance, suitable for particle‑bearing corrosive fluids.
‑ Automated operation: Fast pneumatic actuation, ideal for chemical‑process automatic pipelines.
‑ Reliable sealing: Self‑lubricating fluoroplastic seats achieve low shut‑off leakage.
Application Scenarios
Widely used in chemical, environmental‑protection, pickling, pharmaceutical and wastewater‑treatment industries for corrosive‑fluid pipelines:
‑ Pipeline flow‑direction switching
‑ Media splitting and mixing
‑ Three‑way switching control for corrosive liquids
