This product is a pure titanium centrifugal pump casing, formed by precision casting technology. It is the core pressure-bearing component of centrifugal pumps. Made of pure titanium material, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, with high overall structural strength, smooth flow channels and outstanding hydraulic performance.
The pump casing is integrally cast with flanges and base fully formed. OEM custom processing is available in accordance with customers’ drawings. After machining, non-destructive testing, pressure testing and other inspection procedures, it can meet the fluid transportation requirements in chemical industry, environmental protection, water treatment, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is suitable for corrosive fluid working conditions such as clean water, weak acid and weak alkali.
