The rubber flap check valve is primarily composed of three main components: the valve body, valve cover, and rubber flap. The rubber flap is made with a lining of steel plate, steel rod, and reinforced nylon fabric, with an outer layer of rubber. The valve flap has a service life of up to 1 million cycles. This valve adopts a full-flow area design, featuring characteristics such as low head loss, resistance to debris accumulation, and easy maintenance. It is mainly suitable for water supply and drainage systems, where it can be installed at the outlet of a water pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. The valve can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the inlet and outlet pipes of a storage tank to prevent pool water from flowing back into the water supply system.
