Niigata Machine Techno (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
Wholly owned by Niigata Machin Techno Co., Ltd. of Japan, the company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-precision horizontal machining centers and automated integrated machine tools. It was registered on December 26, 2017 and officially commenced operation in May 2018.
Adopting Niigata’s original exclusive BOX-in-BOX double box structure as well as high-rigidity three-point support and robust bed structure, the machine tool achieves even load distribution via three-point support. The saddle is constructed from QT500 ductile iron for outstanding structural toughness. The sliding surfaces are extensively widened to keep the spindle head consistently precise under heavy-duty cutting conditions. The integrated T-shaped high-rigidity bed delivers exceptional operational stability for machine tools.
The company’s core products cover high-precision horizontal machining centers including N5, N5.5, N6L, N6 and N8 series, alongside FMS automatic machining systems.
