The HN80E-ⅡFC series composite horizontal machining center can complete turning, face milling, drilling, tapping, boring and other machining processes in a single clamping setup, making it the optimal choice for complex machining of valve bodies, pump bodies, axle housings, high-voltage switches and other workpieces.
The rotational speed of the W-axis reaches 2500 rpm, while the U-axis (facing head) runs up to 600 rpm. Both the W-axis and U-axis can be equipped with central high-pressure coolant blow-off function, which effectively improves machining efficiency, extends tool service life and facilitates chip removal.
Combined with a high-rigidity machine frame, the high-performance spindle gives full play to high power and large torque performance.
