Our company has modern factory buildings and workshops, and is equipped with advanced processing equipment, CNC lathes, 12.5m vertical lathes, 8m vertical lathes, 6.3m vertical lathes, 5m vertical lathes, 4m vertical lathes, 3.5m vertical lathes, 2.5m vertical lathes, 1.6m vertical lathes, large boring machines, large drilling machines, large gear hobbing machines, and plasma surfacing. It also has the Liaoning Provincial Valve Product Quality Inspection Center, and is equipped with chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, spectral analysis, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic thickness gauges and various professional equipment.
The valve products produced by our company include butterfly valves, check valves, expansion joints, eccentric half-ball valves, gate valves, hydraulic control valves, exhaust valves and other products. All products meet the national GB and JB standards, as well as international standards such as American ANSI and API, Japanese JIS, and German DIN. The specifications of butterfly valves range from DN50mm to DN5000mm, with a working pressure of 0.6MPa-4.0MPa. The specifications of expansion joints range from DN50 to DN5000, with a working pressure of 0.6MPa-2.5MPa. The materials of valves include cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.; the operation methods include: manual, gear, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, etc. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water conservancy, electric power, chemical fiber, papermaking, environmental protection, pharmaceutical and other industries.
