Resin honing sticks are precision grinding tools made by mixing abrasives (such as corundum, silicon carbide, cubic boron nitride, etc.) with resin as a binder, followed by processes like pressing and curing. They are mainly used for honing the inner hole surfaces of workpieces. In the pump and valve industry, they are widely applied in the precision finishing of key components such as various pump bodies, valve bodies, valve cores, and plungers. Through relative movement with the workpiece, they remove surface allowances and improve surface roughness, ultimately achieving high-precision and high-gloss inner hole surface quality.
