Resin bonded grinding wheels use resin as a bonding agent, which provides moderate bonding strength and ensures reasonable retention of abrasive grains (such as brown corundum, white corundum, silicon carbide, etc.). When grinding high-hardness materials, they can not only maintain continuous cutting capacity but also avoid excessive heat generation through the "self-sharpening" property of abrasive grains (dull abrasive grains fall off in time to expose new ones), thereby reducing the risk of burns or cracks on the workpiece surface.
