1. Soft Seal Butterfly Valve（软密封蝶阀）
The soft seal butterfly valve is a quarter-turn regulating and shut-off valve with a rubber flexible sealing ring installed on the valve plate edge. It relies on elastic compression between the rubber liner and valve body inner wall to achieve tight sealing, featuring compact structure, light weight, low installation space requirement, low fluid resistance and low operating torque.
It is mainly made of carbon steel WCB, stainless steel 304/316 valve body, matched with EPDM, nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber sealing components. Applicable medium covers ordinary tap water, circulating water, sewage, low-temperature hot water within 140℃, suitable for water conservancy projects, municipal pipeline networks, building water supply and drainage, environmental protection sewage treatment and HVAC systems. It supports manual, electric and pneumatic driving modes to realize remote switch and flow adjustment, and matches well with the main business scope of valve development, production and sales.
