3. Gate Valve（闸阀）
The gate valve is a linear stroke full-bore shut-off valve. Its gate plate lifts up and down perpendicularly against the medium flow direction to fully open or close the pipeline channel. When fully opened, the inner cavity is straight through with nearly zero flow resistance, ideal for full open/full close pipeline cut-off scenarios, not recommended for frequent flow regulation.
Classified into wedge single gate, double gate and parallel gate types, manufactured with WCB cast steel, stainless steel materials, covering low, medium and high pressure specifications. It is massively applied in municipal water transmission trunk lines, power plant water supply, industrial main pipelines and water conservancy sluice branch pipelines. As one of the mainstream conventional valves, its R&D, production and sales completely fall into the enterprise’s existing valve operation business.
