W-type Regulating Ball Valve
A control valve for smart HVAC energy management systems, suitable for district cooling and heating systems.
Design
The W-port ball is optimised through CFD flow-field simulation. The opening–Kv relationship closely follows an equal-percentage curve, compensating for the non-linearity of the heat exchanger to deliver linear energy output.
Class VI shut-off with zero bypass in standby.
Polished ball paired with an R-PTFE seat: breakaway torque after prolonged standstill remains controllable, and friction does not build up under frequent modulation.
