1. **Pressure Self-Clamping Valve Cover**: It relies on the internal pressure of the medium to compress the self-sealing ring, ensuring stable sealing under high-pressure conditions, resisting leakage in the middle chamber, and facilitating disassembly and maintenance.
2. The valve body is made of CF8 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for corrosive process pipelines.
3. The sealing surface is welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, resistant to erosion and abrasion, with good wear resistance during opening and closing, and long service life.
4. The open stem (OS&Y) structure allows the valve stem to extend, enabling intuitive determination of the valve's on-off status; the valve stem is polished, and the packing uses flexible graphite, with excellent external leakage control.
5. Straight-through flow path, with low flow resistance; the medium can flow in both directions without flow direction restrictions.
6. Both ends are welded, with high welding strength, resistance to pipeline stress, suitable for high-pressure process pipelines.
## Application Scenarios
High-pressure corrosive process pipelines in petrochemical and coal chemical plants; steam and process fluid pipelines, used for equipment and pipeline isolation. **Do not use partial opening throttling, as throttling will cause erosion and damage to the sealing surface**.
