## Structural Characteristics
1. **Self-sealing Pressure-Actuated Valve Cover**: It relies on the internal pressure of the medium to compress the self-sealing ring. The higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance. The middle chamber has zero leakage under high pressure, and the maintenance and disassembly are convenient.
2. The integral forged valve body has good tightness and resistance to high-pressure creep, meeting the 2500LB ultra-high pressure strength requirements.
3. The swing single valve disc rotates around the internal pin shaft, and the medium pushes the valve disc to flow in the forward direction; when the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc closes by relying on its own weight + back pressure to prevent the medium from flowing back; the internal pin shaft has no external leakage points.
4. The sealing surface is welded with Stellite hard alloy, which is resistant to erosion, abrasion, and high temperatures, and has a long service life.
5. The straight-through flow channel has a small flow resistance; it can be installed horizontally on pipelines, but cannot be used for vertical downward pipelines.
6. Both ends are welded together, with high welding strength, capable of withstanding pipeline stress, and suitable for high-pressure process pipelines.
