A fully welded ball valve is a type of ball valve that uses an integrated welded structure. All exposed gaps in the valve body are sealed by welding, so it basically doesn’t leak. It’s suitable for transporting pipeline media in industries like petroleum, chemical, natural gas, pharmaceutical, and food, and is especially used in urban gas, central heating, heat exchangers, steel mills, and various other industrial equipment. Fully welded ball valves are corrosion-resistant, reliably sealed, easy to operate, have a wide flow adjustment range, and a long service life. The valve body is usually forged, with a compact structure, making it lighter and stronger compared to regular cast ball valves. In addition, fully welded ball valves can be buried directly underground, without the need for a large valve pit, saving construction costs and time.
