The scotch yoke design delivers higher torque (nearly double the torque at the same cylinder bore), longer service life and better energy efficiency. The cylinder body features a 35–40 μm thick surface oxide film for corrosion and acid/alkali resistance. The upper and lower support rings adopt rigid bearing steel support, featuring a low friction coefficient to resist wear and air leakage. The scotch yoke drives the piston in rotary linear motion. Its torque characteristic matches butterfly valves and ball valves (high torque at open/closed positions and minimum torque at mid-stroke), making it suitable for high-frequency on-off operation.
The adjusting bolt enables ±8° stroke adjustment for convenient calibration. The limit switch adopts a spherical design to maintain 90° vertical force at all times and prevent bending of the adjusting bolt. It is equipped with preloaded composite silent springs with minimal spring torque decay, allowing on-site replacement and maintenance. Complying with NAMUR standards, the product boasts high concentricity and is compatible with various valve accessories.
