Explosion‑proof ratings meet Ex db ⅡC T5/T6 Gb and Ex tb ⅢC T95℃/T80℃ Db. Equipped with Class‑H high‑temperature resistant coils, protection class reaches IP66/IP67. Electrical connections include 1/2" NPT and M20×1.5. DC coils are built‑in with power‑failure protection and surge‑suppression components.
Available in sleeve‑type pilot‑operated and direct‑acting constructions. The sleeve‑type design enables automatic compensation for seal wear, delivering high reliability, long service life and easy field installation. Valve body features 35‑40 μm oxidation powder‑coating; 316L stainless‑steel body is optional for superior salt‑spray, acid and alkali resistance. Patented self‑breathing structure protects single‑acting cylinders and improves internal anti‑corrosion performance. Air‑circuit switching is realized by sealing gaskets without extra adapter plates for better sealing performance. The junction box can be rotated 90° in four directions with certified Class‑H coils for high heat resistance. Imported special grease provides maintenance‑free lifelong lubrication. Integrated waterproof silencer and pilot‑hole drainage structure make it suitable for outdoor humid conditions.
