UNIWO filter‑regulator integrates compressed‑air filtering and pressure regulation into one unit, dedicated to providing clean, stable instrument air supply for valve positioners, pneumatic actuators and other valve automation accessories. Three product types are available: compact switch‑mode type, regulating type with high‑speed signal compensation for positioners, and large‑bore type covering port sizes from 1/4" to 2".
Adopting rolling diaphragm structure instead of conventional flat diaphragm, it delivers outstanding pressure‑stabilizing performance, perfectly suitable for continuous modulation working conditions of control valves. The body is treated with oxidation and powder‑coating with 35‑40 μm film thickness; 316L stainless‑steel housing is optional to resist salt‑spray, acid and alkali corrosion.
It supports manifold direct‑mounting without extra piping, saving installation labor and reducing potential leakage points. Compact dimension (76×46×193 mm) adapts to limited installation space. For NPT1/4 connection, maximum flow capacity reaches 1100 L/min, higher than mainstream competing products.
Two pressure‑gauge installation options are provided: external mounting and built‑in mounting, bringing convenience for transportation and on‑site observation. Three drain modes are selectable: automatic drain, semi‑automatic stop‑air drain and manual drain, satisfying diverse condensate discharge requirements. A waterproof device is equipped at overflow port for outdoor service scenarios.
Widely adopted in key domestic projects such as Sichuan Yongxiang, Shenhua, Junzheng Chemical, Baililian Chlorination Process Project, Ningxia Polysilicon Project etc. The product comes with 8‑year warranty for superior long‑term reliability.
