UNIWO large‑bore poppet‑type pilot valve is available with port sizes ranging from 3/8" to 2". Adopting poppet‑type construction, it delivers much higher flow capacity than conventional through‑hole type, ideal for process fast‑shut‑off applications.
The valve body is finished with 35‑40 μm oxidation powder‑coating. 316L stainless‑steel body is optional for excellent salt‑spray, acid and alkali resistance. Direct mounting with solenoid valves eliminates intermediate fittings, cuts installation work hours and reduces potential leakage points. Flow capacity reaches 4850 L/min at NPT3/8 port for fast actuator response.
It has been applied in key projects including Shandong Baogang, Gansu Energy Chemical, Sichuan Jerry Hengri, Ningxia Polysilicon, Shenhua, Hongshi Chemical, Yulong Petrochemical, etc. An 8‑year warranty guarantees high operational reliability.
