Resilient-Seated Gate Valve, also known as an elastic-sealed gate valve, is a type of gate valve in which the disc (gate) is fully coated or embedded with elastic material (such as rubber). Its key feature lies in the tight sealing achieved between the soft sealing surface on the gate and the valve seat, enabling bidirectional sealing and effectively overcoming the common issues of leakage and poor sealing performance in traditional metal hard-seal gate valves. It is one of the most widely used valves in modern fluid pipeline systems, particularly in applications handling water, wastewater, and similar media.

Our resilient-seated gate valves are manufactured using GGG50 ductile iron, equipped with EPDM seals, an SS420 valve stem, a brass stem nut, and galvanized carbon steel bolts. Components are replaceable, and customizations are supported.
