Ball Check Valve, also known as a spherical check valve or ball-type check valve, is a type of check valve that uses a spherical disc (a hollow or solid ball) as the opening and closing component. Its working principle relies on the free rolling or lifting of the ball within the valve chamber to open and close the valve. When the medium flows forward, the pressure pushes the ball away from the valve seat opening, creating a flow passage. When the medium flow stops or reverses, the ball returns to the valve seat opening under its own gravity (and/or backflow pressure), cutting off the passage, thereby effectively preventing reverse flow of the medium.
The ball check valves we produce are manufactured using GGG50 ductile iron, feature a carbon steel + natural rubber ball, and galvanized carbon steel bolts.
Specifications: DN50 to DN300
Compliant Standards: DIN 3202 F6.
