Metal-Seated Gate Valve, also known as a hard-seal gate valve, is a type of gate valve in which both the disc (gate) and the valve seat sealing surfaces are made of metal materials (or other high-strength hard materials). Its core feature lies in achieving sealing under high pressure through precisely machined line contact or narrow-area contact between the metal sealing pairs. It is specifically designed for demanding working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, abrasion, and corrosive media, making it critical equipment in industrial processes.
Our metal-Seated Gate Valve are manufactured using GGG50 ductile iron, feature bronze seals, an SS420 valve stem, a brass stem nut, and galvanized carbon steel bolts. Components are replaceable, and our products support customization.
