Hand Brush Filter
Hand brush filter is a semi-automatic filtration equipment. The filter screen can be cleaned by manually rotating the cleaning mechanism.
During normal operation, medium flows in from the inlet, solid impurities are trapped inside the filter screen, and clean medium flows out from the outlet.
When contaminants accumulate on the screen and lead to increased pressure difference, disassembly of the filter is not required. Rotate the brush externally by hand to scrape off impurities on the screen surface, then open the blowdown valve to discharge dirt.
It features simple and reliable structure, easy maintenance, and no external power supply required, suitable for working conditions without electricity.
Applicable Media: Water, oil products, etc.
Operating Temperature: -40℃～300℃

Customized service is available according to customer requirements on pressure, size and materials. Available materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, 2507 duplex steel, etc.
