Cyclone Desander
Cyclone Desander separates solid impurities from medium by centrifugal cyclone principle.
After the medium enters the equipment housing, it generates swirling flow. Solid particles with high density such as sediment and iron rust are thrown to the bottom of cylinder under centrifugal force. Clean medium flows upward, and sediments are discharged through the blowdown port regularly.
Without built-in filter screen, the equipment is anti-clogging with low pressure loss and easy maintenance. It is widely used to remove large particle impurities in circulating water systems.
Applicable Media: Water
Operating Temperature: -40℃～300℃

Customized service is available according to customer requirements on pressure, size and materials. Available materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, 2507 duplex steel, etc.
