Automatic Self-cleaning Filter
Automatic Self-cleaning Filter is an on-line continuous self-cleaning filtration equipment. Medium flows into the housing from the inlet, solid impurities are trapped on the surface of filter screen, and clean medium is delivered downstream through the outlet.
As contaminants accumulate on the filter screen, the pressure difference between inlet and outlet gradually rises. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the cleaning procedure is activated automatically. The cleaning assembly is driven to remove impurities on the screen surface and discharge dirt via blowdown valve. Water supply remains continuous without shutdown during cleaning.
It features high automation and stable operation with remote signal transmission capability, lowering manual maintenance cost, widely used in various industrial circulating water systems.
Applicable Media: Water, oil products, etc.
Operating Temperature: -40℃～300℃

Customization is available based on customers’ requirements of pressure, nominal diameter and materials. Available materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, 2507 duplex steel, etc.
