Duplex Strainer
Duplex strainer consists of two filter barrels, three-way diverter valve and connecting pipelines. The two filter units serve as mutual backup.
Under normal operation, one barrel filters the medium, solid impurities are trapped by filter screen, and clean medium flows downstream.
When the filter screen of the working barrel is clogged and pressure difference increases, operate the three-way diverter valve to switch to the spare barrel. Then the clogged barrel can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.
Switchover operation requires no shutdown or flow interruption, ensuring continuous production line operation.
It is widely used in process pipelines where medium supply cannot be interrupted, such as petroleum, chemical industry, coating, grease and water treatment industries.
Applicable Media: Water, steam, oil products, etc.
Operating Temperature: -40℃～300℃

Customized service is available according to customer requirements on pressure, size and materials. Available materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, 2507 duplex steel, etc.
