This wedge gate valve is manufactured in compliance with EN10434 industrial standard, integrally cast from high-strength WCB carbon steel with flanged connection. It has a nominal diameter of DN250, pressure rating PN25, face-to-face dimension of 450mm, and is equipped with an outside screw & yoke (OS&Y) handwheel actuator. The applicable temperature ranges from -29℃ to 425℃. Equipped with a wedge disc and hard alloy overlay sealing face, the valve achieves tight shutoff with zero leakage. When fully open, it forms a straight flow channel with negligible flow resistance, perfect for full-open/full-close isolation for water supply, steam, oil & gas and chemical pipelines.
Customizable nominal diameter ranges from DN50 to DN1200; pressure ratings Class150~600 and PN10~PN100 are available for flexible customization, with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece.
The valve is composed of WCB valve body, wedge gate disc, valve stem, packing sealing assembly, bonnet, handwheel and flanged connection ends.
Application Advantages
The top actuator base of this gate valve adopts a universal standard structure, allowing flexible installation of handwheels or bevel gear operators to realize diversified control modes. Limit switches and solenoid valves can be fitted for automatic control systems; extended stems are optional for buried pipelines and heat-insulated pipelines.
The valve end connection can be customized into flanged, butt-welded or threaded ends, and external anti-corrosion coating for the valve body is available on request.
Optional body materials cover WCB carbon steel, LCB low-temperature steel, WC6/WC9 Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel, CF8/CF8M stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloy and other special alloys. The valve is widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy, steam distribution and high-pressure water supply systems.
