This flanged stainless steel ball valve is manufactured in accordance with DIN 3357 industrial standard. It is precision cast from CF8M stainless steel with flanged end connection. Nominal diameter: DN150, pressure class: PN16, body face-to-face length: 394mm, equipped with a lever handle for manual operation. Featuring a mirror-polished solid ball and reinforced seat sealing, it achieves ANSI Class VI bubble-tight shutoff. The full-port flow path minimizes flow resistance and pressure drop, with excellent resistance to acid, alkali and erosion. It is ideal for on-off control of heating steam, chemical oil products and water treatment pipelines.
Customizable nominal diameters range from DN15 to DN1000; pressure classes PN16–PN100 and Class150–Class600 are available for flexible customization, with a minimum order quantity of 1 unit.
Our in-house production covers full valve specifications certified to API 6D (American Standard), GOST (Russian Standard), DIN (German Standard), EN (European Standard) and other international standards. Ball valves, gate valves, check valves and Y-strainers are completed via integrated forging/casting, machining and final assembly with no outsourced processing, ensuring stable and controllable delivery schedules.
