This swing check valve is manufactured to EN10739 standard, integrally cast from premium CF8M stainless steel with flanged connection ends. Nominal diameter: DN80, pressure rating: PN100, face-to-face length: 380mm. It relies on the weight of the clapper for one-way opening and closing to prevent pipeline backflow and water hammer impact. Featuring smooth flow passage and low flow resistance, it operates within a temperature range of -29℃ to 384℃, ideal for backflow prevention in water supply & drainage, chemical and sewage pipelines.
Application Advantages
JODITH swing check valves can be produced per EN10739, BS1868, GOST and other valve standards. Optional body materials include WCB carbon steel, LCB low-temperature steel, Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloy and other special alloys. Soft and hard seat seals are optional to accommodate complex working conditions including high-temperature steam, cryogenic media, highly corrosive chemical fluids and abrasive slurry.
Three end connection types (flanged, butt-welded, threaded) are available for customization. Non-standard customization is supported for bore size, pressure rating, structural length and external anti-corrosion coating.
