Working Principle
1. At startup, the valve body is filled with condensate and non-condensable gas. The air vent opens automatically to quickly discharge non-condensable gas.
2. As condensate continuously flows in, the liquid level inside the valve rises. The float rises with the liquid level and drives the valve core upward, enlarging the flow area of the valve seat orifice for efficient condensate discharge.
3. After condensate is drained, the liquid level drops. The float falls to drive the valve core downward to close the valve seat orifice and cut off fluid flow.
4. When saturated condensate and steam re-enter the valve body, the internal temperature rises. The air vent closes automatically upon temperature sensing, and the system enters the next working cycle.
