Categories: Functional Valve & Others
Exhibitor Information
Zhejiang Ksco Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd
Features
·Superior air venting performance.
·Stainless steel bonnet and valve body with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
·The valve seat is made of martensitic stainless steel. Technical treatment is applied to enhance the overall durability of the equipment.
·High-performance capsule ensures precise temperature control.
·The shut-off system adopts full high-precision line sealing structure.
·The standard condensate discharge subcooling is approximately 12°C. For environments requiring high sensible heat utilization, 24°C subcooling is recommended.
Working Principle
Condensate & Air Venting Stage: When condensate and low-temperature non-condensable gas enter the valve, the capsule remains at a low temperature and forms an internal vacuum negative pressure. This lifts the valve core off the valve seat to discharge condensate and non-condensable gas.
Steam Shut-off Stage: After steam enters the valve, the capsule is heated. The low-boiling liquid inside vaporizes and raises pressure, pushing the valve core to close the valve seat. The valve cavity is gradually filled with condensate.
Reset & Cycle Stage: As the temperature of condensate inside the valve drops, the gas inside the capsule liquefies and pressure decreases. Under pipeline pressure, the diaphragm drives the valve core away from the valve seat. The steam trap reopens and starts the next drainage cycle.
