Working Principle:
1. Air Venting & Water Inlet Stage:
At the initial stage, the inlet check valve opens while the outlet check valve closes due to back pressure. Water enters the valve and air is vented. As the water level rises, the float moves upward to the high position, bringing the controller to the switching threshold. The controller then cuts off motive steam and switches to the steam-inlet & drainage mode.
2. Steam Inlet & Drainage Stage:
After controller switching, motive steam is injected to push condensate inside the valve to the high-pressure zone (or atmospheric-pressure zone). Meanwhile, the float drops to the low position due to pressure change, completing one working cycle. The system automatically balances discharge and inlet flow: working frequency increases with rising condensate volume and decreases when condensate volume falls.
