The valve body of the high-performance fluorine-lined butterfly valve adopts a split-type combination, where the valve stem and the butterfly disc are integrated into one piece, with their surface evenly coated with a layer of fluoroplastic that has strong adhesion to steel components. During the operation of the valve, only the all-fluoroplastic valve seat and the fluorine-lined butterfly disc come into contact with the medium. The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth, resulting in low fluid resistance, a high CV value, and strong flow capacity, along with moderate torque, which fully achieves zero leakage of the medium.
