A fluorine-lined plug valve is a type of valve that uses a plug with a through hole as the opening and closing component. The plug rotates with the valve stem to achieve opening and closing actions. Plug valves have the characteristics of quick opening and closing and low fluid resistance.
There is a wiping effect during the movement between the sealing surfaces, and when fully open, they can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium. Therefore, they can usually also be used for media containing suspended particles.
A fluorine-lined three-way plug valve is a rotary valve with a plunger-shaped closing part. By rotating 90 degrees, the passage opening on the valve plug is connected to or disconnected from the passage opening on the valve body, thereby realizing the opening or closing of the valve.
