Fluorine-lined check valves only allow media to flow in one direction and prevent reverse flow of fluids. Usually, such valves operate automatically: the valve disc opens under the pressure of flow in one direction; when fluids flow in the reverse direction, the fluid pressure and the self-weight of the valve disc or PTFE valve ball act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the fluid flow.
