The isostatic PTFE pipe is compounded and integrated with the outer stainless steel ring. It adopts one-time hydraulic forming, combined with the linkage technology of pneumatic forming and mechanical forming, and is pressed into corrugations for shaping. This product can be used under working conditions of positive/negative pressure, high temperature and strong corrosion, with a maximum applicable temperature of 180°C and a full vacuum of -0.098MPa. It is suitable for working conditions of sudden cooling, sudden heating or alternating cold and heat, and the polytetrafluoroethylene base layer will not be flattened by suction.
