The valve body, valve bonnet, ball, valve stem, etc., are all fully lined with PFA, featuring excellent corrosion resistance. Both the metal valve body and valve bonnet are designed with dovetail groove structures to eliminate the risk of the lining falling off under negative pressure conditions.
Anti-blowout design of the valve stem: The valve stem adopts an inverted design to prevent the stem from blowing out when the pressure in the valve cavity rises abnormally. The surfaces of the ball and valve stem are equipped with dovetail grooves and through holes, which allow the fluorine material to bond firmly with the metal parts, ensuring the service life of the valve.
