Anti-Crystallization and Anti-Material Accumulation Design
The valve lining is made of imported fluorine material, which offers superior corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The gap between the valve cavity and the ball is small, minimizing material accumulation to the greatest extent and effectively preventing the ball from being locked due to material crystallization.
Socket Seal Structure for Valve Body and Bonnet
The seal between the valve body and the bonnet adopts a socket structure. Meanwhile, the sealing surfaces of the valve body and bonnet are provided with sealing bosses, completely eliminating the possibility of valve body leakage. Both the metal valve body and bonnet are designed with dovetail groove structures to prevent the lining from falling off under negative pressure conditions.
