KND‑FZ‑BP series is an integrated multi‑turn electric actuator with built‑in variable‑speed drive unit. It realizes soft‑start and soft‑stop, and supports stepless speed adjustment throughout the full stroke. It will automatically decelerate when approaching full‑open and full‑close positions to reduce water‑hammer impact and protect valves and pipelines.
It adopts on‑off signal control. Standard power supply: AC380V‑50Hz; special voltage is available for customization. Equipped with multi‑protections including travel limit, over‑torque, motor over‑heat, stall and phase‑loss protection. It supports local handwheel operation, local push‑button and remote control. Remote monitoring is available via Bluetooth, mobile APP and IoT. Mechanical interface complies with ISO 5210 standard. Suitable for gate valves, globe valves and other multi‑turn valves, widely used in water treatment, power, chemical, municipal pipeline and other working conditions requiring low impact and adjustable operating speed.
